Described by Dave Broom as “The Beast of Dufftown” due to its robust, umami-rich character, little known Mortlach may be the best kept secret in the world of single malt whisky.
This small batch Mortlach has been matured in first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso seasoned casks, bringing a deep, rich, fruity intensity to complement the savoury complexity of the distillery character.
